Icons are all smooshed together, help! :)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Sims4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have 15 packs, really don't want to list every one of them here lol.

I have noticed recently after a few different updates that my icons on the top corner are all overlapping. When you hover over them, you can see other icons sitting behind them. Each icon used to have it's own clear and visible space. Now I am struggling to even see what I am clicking on. I have included a screenshot below. 

I am playing in full screen and in the right resolution for my system. I have tried the other screen options just to see if it would change the layout and correct it but nothing is fixing this. 

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I would love a fix for this, it's a bit frustrating.

    @KrysCalamity 

    If your using mods in your game, the culprit probably is a broken mod, which is modifying your user interface (UI). We've seen similar issues pretty often in the past.

    Here is a small list of Mods that could be the possible cause of your UI issue:

    • UI Cheats and More Columns
    • Traits, careers, aspirations and skills
    • Career and School Mods
    • CC Wrench Hiders and the like
    • Color Slider mods
    • Clean UI, TOOL & Better Build Buy
    • Custom Clubs
    • Darkmode and PlumFruit

    If you use one or some of these it might a good idea to start checking them. Please note, that this is only the tip of the iceberg. Of course the issue could also be caused by any other mod with similar functionality.

    To be sure the issue is mod related, you might also test your game without mods. Move your mods to a save location, delete the localthumbcache.package and see if the error still occurs. Don't save your game while testing without mods!
