if i download sims 4 from xbox on my pc, will i be able to download mods?

If i download the sims 4 from xbox on a pc, will i be able to download mods and cc?

    So If your downloading the sims 4 onto a pc yes u can get mods and cc. Xbox you cannot but I hope this resolves your problems. Places to get mods form is pateron and many other places. Have a good day 🙂

    @Lolhi393 

    It is not possible to transfer from console to pc/mac but since the base game is free to play you can install that on pc and play there.
