One of the photos is pictured in the frame (it is the digital frame from Moschino) but when I click "Manage Photo Inventory" it appears empty (including the photo which is shown in the frame). Does that make sense? I attached two screenshots that show what I'm trying to say. Thanks.
@Beeetroot14 There's a bug where photos turn black: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-INPUT-Photographs-turn-black-after-removal-from-a-wall/td-p/8471971 but I'm unsure how that affects the digital frames.
Can you put new photos and do they work ?
To answer your question: Not aware of any workaround to this issue.
