Infant is sad all the time and tries to go to sleep even when energy is green

@troshalom It’s just that poorly programmed. Infants IRL do sleep frequently, but they’re not in a perpetual state of exhaustion and in need of a nap every hour and a half despite having high energy like the devs seem to think makes sense. If you have a parent hold the infant and “give ___ a nap” for a few minutes it clears the moodlet.
