I have been having issues with my game since the September update, which is especially annoying since its all for a useless 40-dollar pack but I digress. I am not able to load into my save file after making a completely new one if I recover the save and then I actually can play once I save and try to play later it once again wont load, and saving is its own can of worms since saving is really give or take. I've only been able to save using save as and that's a maybe sometimes I can only save in build and buy mode, I get an infinite loading screen when trying to travel and plan dates anything that requires a loading screen and on top of that all I've uninstalled the game repaired it took out cc and updated mods, I've deleted my whole tray folder and nothing. This is just getting to be annoying that EA hires unexperienced people they come out with subpar unfinished packs and charge for stuff that should be base game and then on top of that all they can't even release a patch that works, there's no reason all simmers should know to not even try to open the game on patch day. 

Since it's all up to the community to find fixes because they also don't have an actual help center and only an AI bot if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated but this is just ridiculous and the hatred for this game just grows.
