Today I purchased life and death expansion pack and I installed it, however the expansion pack is not showing up in my game. I have checked if it is installed, it is. I repaired the game. I cleared all cache. I have restarted my computer. I checked my program files and the expansion pack is there however it's just not in my game.
@Nan22fly Please run a search for the pack's folder, to show all instances of a folder called EP17. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP17 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
Please also go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and let me know the status of your order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
I'm doing that right now it\s just taking forever to search for EP17. I have a feeling it might be my mods doing this because I started the games without mods and the expansion pack was in the game. I have no idea what mods it could be all I use is mccc and a bunch of cc. Would the last exception text tell me what mods are causing this?

@Nan22fly The first screenshot is what I wanted, except expanded sideways so I could see the locations of the folders (first three results). However, since this clears up without mods, I think you have your answer.
A lastexception can sometimes shed light on the issue, but not always. Feel free to attach one to a reply here; just delete the first line of the file so it attaches properly.
