@Ruth_Oik OK. Seems HP is blocking that. Can you check if there's an update software somewhere on your computer where you can update your drivers ? Not sure what's it called.

Ive updated my drivers using the hp support thing there was only one to download as i recently updated my graphics card thing and my driver is C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games
