Interior Designer Career option not available (sims 4)

I just bought the Dream Home Decorator game pack in the sims 4. All the CAS and build items were downloaded, however the option for interior designer does not pop up on available careers. I have trie...

I found the easiest way to deal with this was to open a BBB complaint with EA. Let them deal with me there. Because these forums are useless.
