Invisible sims
Since updating the sims 4 - I can’t seem to see my sims - I tried factory reset and did sims reset and nothing seemed to work. What do I do bri.

Are you using mods/cc? Are they all up to date with the most recent patch (and creators have confirmed the update)
Can you see the sims when you play without mods?
