Is something wrong with my computer or my game is just bugged??

 I'm honestly sick and tired of Sims. I love to build houses and characters but I WENT TO HELL AND BACK WITH THE MODS. I have like 16k files and almost 100 GB just of cc and mods. I tried everything ...

@seleneslavr While I can totally understand your love of CC and mods, that total could be a bit much to keep a solid game speed.
BUT. There are known issues with load times and lag in game currently, and even some issues some are having with sims lagging on commands.
These are known.
Recent patch should have helped some?
