Is there a mod that allows teens who don't live in Copperdale to go to the school?
Right now, my game is randomly generating teens to populate the school.

They should be doing it by default, if you have pre-made teens in.
I believe there is an issue where player-made teens don't spawn, however. Zerbu did a mod to fix it: https://twitter.com/ZerbuTabek/status/1554088380530671621
