Is there a mod that disables the celebrity walk?

It's not so much the shine. It's that they have to be to a certain star level then you right click your sim and click use normal walk. But the bad thing is that if you don't turn it off before that and they drop levels... That option is gone. :( So, then you don't have it until they get back to that level. (That I think is the glitch...) Or it was for me.
