Is There a Mod to Stop Occult Animations in Live Mode?

I'm so tired of mermaids shrieking and flapping their hands like there's something mentally wrong with them, or Vampires hissing when they don't have the Uncontrollable Hissing Weakness, or Werewolves howling for no good reason (especially in human form). Is there a mod that can shut down all this obnoxious nonsense? I've tried searching, but haven't found anything.
