Is this a bug issue or cc?

After the sims 4 update the Dialogue icon won’t pop up. I have delete all script mods and deleted all conflict mods. My cc is appearing oddly on my sims. My primary sims family will not load no matter how long I keep my computer on I can’t play them, but I can play other sims family. Also it it takes ages to save my game

Thanks for the detailed steps, Crinrict. I’ve been seeing similar issues since the update, too, especially with loading specific households and weird CC behavior. I’ll try testing in a vanilla game like you suggested and report back if anything shows up in the LastException files.
