ISO Mods for Dine Out

Question

I'm trying to make a very high class 5 star restaurant and it becoming rather stressful.

Something that will make the customers eat faster.
Makes staff do their job and not just stand around doing nothing.
Keeps star rating from going down due to long wait times because the staff just likes to stand next the table being all creepy stalker like.
