Issue with the loading screen

Question

Hi all I have become desprete with this problem I am having and I really really don't know what to do I have tried everything.So I downloaded some new cc which has never been the issue but for some reason after the update it wont get past the green diamond loading screen when I click on resume game I have done literally everything. deinstalled the game so many times and it wont even let me quit it I have to hard restart my computer and then it will work. It is also causing issue of not even opening some times I don't know what to do.&nbsp;

@fjmoreno72 Try this:

Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document &gt; Electronic Arts to your desktop.
Launch Sims 4
If it starts: reset your Options, exit, and copy files out of the old folders into the new ones, but&nbsp;not the new CC (which could be broken or might have been Sims 3 CC with the same extension). Also don't copy over files the game creates new ones of.
If it doesn't start (that first time): try a Game Repair, then try launching again.
