Yes, just be sure to add the mods back in a bit at time, so you can test the game between each batch and find which mods need to be updated or removed.
- 4 years ago@EA_Solaire I cant figure out which mod is broken, can I send a image of my mod folder and can you locate which one may be broken? (I used a mod updater I have.)

I'm afraid that's not something I'd be able to verify by viewing the files. You'd need to add the mods back in a bit at a time while testing the game between. If the issue starts again after you've added some back in, that's how you can locate which mods are causing the issue. I'd recommend doing this in small batches so it's easier to locate which mods are causing the problem.

If you are using UI Cheats, that has been updated since the last patch so you might want to get the updated version. From your description, the symptoms are those of an outdated UI mod. So, if you are using any mods that affect the UI, you should update them if updates are available or else remove them as it appears that one or more that you have are breaking the game. You should go back to wherever it was you got your mods in the first place for updates. I don't know what mod updater program you are using but I've found every one that I've tried out do miss things so it's best to do it manually yourself than rely on an updater program.
Hope this helps.
