I'm having the exact same issue. I recently added a UI mod to add more columns to CAS. I deleted that mod and deleted localthumbcache. But I'm still having the UI issue. Any other ideas? I've updated my other mods as well.
I doubt that the more columns in CAS mod would affect the UI in live mode. I use one and the only thing it has affected when a game update breaks it is CAS, not the UI in live mode. Not saying that it couldn't, just that I haven't seen it happen. You probably have something else in your mods folder that is causing your issue that you need to hunt down and update or remove.
