Issue's filtering by Colour in CAS

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions owned
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter Cas and try to filter by colour
What happens when the bug occurs? Only a couple of colours are shown
What do you expect to see? the full usual range of colours
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This only happened with a recent patch - i think the ones where reaper rewards were introduced

I keep encountering this issue and can't seem to find a thread for it anywhere.
When entering CAS and, for example, going to pick clothes but i want to filter by colour, i'm not seeing every colour available - i can only filter by Black, Brown, White, Grey and Purple and when filtering outfits in general its only offering brown. Until the reapers rewards were introducing i could filter all the same colours you can in in build buy but now i've only got very limited colour filtering when trying to pick an outfit for both genders and all ages
The issue also occurs when looking at stylised outfits - i can't filter at all on a male sim by colour and only by brown on a female sim.
I've already done a fresh install, it still started when the reapers rewards event did, and i've also removed all my mods but i still am only getting limited filtering.
