issues with game play

Was asked to start a new topic on this (not spam)

My sims cant interact with sinks/toilets/showers/beds/cooking etc since latest update so it would seem. i can choose the interaction for them fine then however then the sims refuses to do the interaction as he can't get there (the crossed out walking). Problem is if i just ask them to come to the sink/bath/bed etc they walk there fine. I can't get them to sit down but if i move them of the lot they can use the bathroom etc just fine going back to the house the error comes back.

I have now removed and and re-installed everything all the mods, game packs and the whole game. I have logged in and out of the account and have done everything that anyone has suggested in all the other threads.

I do have a lot of CC however the issues happens on cc and no cc objects, with or without mods in the game. I do not have many mods just the standard (MCCC, UI cheats oni cooking, the chingyu personality one as well.) I am at a complete loss at this point.

    So this is only happening on one specific lot? If you save the house to your gallery, bulldoze the lot, then place a bed toilet and sink, can they use those? If so, does replacing the house from the gallery also bring back the bug?

    @KaylethDark02 When you removed the Mods & CC to troubleshoot, did you also remove the cache file? Please try as follows (directions in spoiler tag), and then re-open the game... but don't enter your game saves that you have been playing with the Mods/CC installed... instead stare a whole new game save (at Main Menu, when re-opening, select "New Game"), and test in that game so you know it's vanilla and so the tests don't effect your other game saves that involve your Mods/CC.)

    Try moving the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can test without saving in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue, then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.
