If you're already using MCCC, you might set this setting to "0" (zero) from an ingame computer's MCCC menu:
Computer:MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Pet Pregnancy Settings > Pregnancy Percentage > HorsesNote that this is a global setting which affects all horses in game. If you want to have horse pregnancies again in the future, you might set it back to a higher value. Default setting is "20".
