Item showing in search bar but not actually there

I have been playing with mods for a little while and just recently downloaded some cc for a new build. When I search for the item, it shows up in the search bar but does not appear in the actual category section that its in. I've seen a few people say that Better Build/Buy messed with their cc; I did not have Better Build/Buy, but I did have Expandable BuildBuy Catalog. I tried deleting that and it still isn't working - I have also checked that the mod is up to date and have repaired the game. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
