Items missing from CAS

Hi.

 On only two of my Sims I get the message

 One or more CAS items have been removed. The items may not be installed on your computer or the EA acount that is currently logged in does not own these Items.

The only CAS mod I have is Luumia Body Hair V5 All Pack. The other Sims have this being used and are working fine. This has happened since I installed the Werewolf Pack.

How do I fix this when nothing is missing. I get this message every time I load the two Sims. The rest load OK.
