@tahliax05 Did it also occur on the new save and does it affect all the Sims ?

  @tahliax05 Do you have any LastException files in your documents folder ?
  
  Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

    @crinrict i did this, however it is still not working at all, and my adult sims cant use the phone control. i have reported the technical issue bug.
