I am having the same issue where my sim is asked to quit school to join an after-school activity. I do not have MCC but I do have some mods. This is also preventing my teen sim to go to high school, which is a separate issue but might be mod related as well. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
@crinrict Thank you for your response. I have and it fixed the issue. When I added my mods back one at a time (per a suggestion I saw on another site) it worked for a bit and then it didn't work again. I was hoping I would be able to have my mods in the game and the pack features still work. Thank you for the link! Very helpful. I updated my mods before but will check them and make sure they are updated.
My teen sim just got into hs and i want her to join the cheerleading one but if i click it they quit the hs career what do i do?

I recently had two child sims age up to teens. When they aged up, they were not high school students automatically, so I had to get them to become high school students. Once they became high school students I tried getting them into an after school activity but when they joined a window would pop up saying, "Should (sim name) switch activities to Cheerleading Fresh Recruit? She will quit her current position of High School A Student upon accepting to do a new activity." It would then make them drop out of high school if they were to join the after school activity.
Is there any way I can fix this? I do play with mods, UI Cheats and MC Command Center, and everything is up to date.
Hi everyone! I am wondering if anybody else has the same issue as I have. So, recently my child aged up to teen and for some reason he hasn't been automatically asigned to go to high school. I'd been able to sign him up for a high school via "Find a job", which was already weird, but everything seemed to be working perfectly until I decided to sing him up for a football team, which is a part of his Goal Oriented aspiration and I cannot do it, because as soon as I go for join an after-school activity, I receive messege "Should Emmet switch activities to football team fresh recruit? He will quit his current position on High School A Student upon accepting to do a new activity". I have several gameplay affecting mods installed, but all of them are updated and none of them is related to careers or children/teens specificaslly. I am just thinking if it might have been caused by some of the recent updates or the issue is caused by one of my mods.
