Language change
i just downloaded sims 4 on origin but it has only 3 languages. Czech, Polish and Russian. I want to choose english but there isn't an option for that. How can i fix this? May you update the language...

@65bb0fae7d1be577 Sims 4 is still language-locked, so if you live in one of the affected regions, you don't get all the language options.
For Windows users, the easiest workaround is downloading the (now free) game through Steam. This isn't an option for Mac users, however. In that case, your only option would be to buy a copy of the game from a store that sells the global version. You'd also likely need to contact EA customer support to remove this version from your account so it doesn't conflict with the new one.

@65bb0fae7d1be577 No, like I said, you can't just download the global version. You need to own the global version in Origin, which you currently do not. The only way for a Mac user to get the global version when Origin doesn't offer it is to buy that version elsewhere, for example from a physical store in a country where the global version is standard. To recap, you'd need to:
- find a store that sells the global version
- confirm that it is in fact the global version you would receive
- buy that copy
- contact EA customer support and have your current (non-global) copy removed from your account
- register the product code from the newly bought copy
Then you could download the global version from Origin.
