laptop deleted my cc please help :'/
Sorry if this is complicated, but my game kept crashing when I finished downloading cc. So while I was trying to follow a guide, when it said to replace my mod folder, I thought it meant to replace the one that didnt have my cc with the one that did. So when I opened the file again, all my cc was gone. I was annoyed at the fact that happened, but it showed that my storage was still the same (113GB and before it was like idk 84GB?) and I couldnt find the cc anywhere in any files or in the trash can
please help ☹️
oh and sorry if it makes a difference, but I have a mac os
@justaroach It sounds like your custom content is gone: your free storage has risen by 29 GB, which would only happen if you deleted a large amount of data.
If you use iCloud and have paid for extra storage, it's possible that iCloud has a backup copy of your Mods folder, so you can check there. But it wouldn't fit in the free 5 GB allotment and wouldn't have uploaded if you don't use iCloud at all.
