Hey, guys. This patch absolutely ruined my game and I'm not sure why. I play with mods, but I'm overall a very responsible player with them lol. I update my mods regularly, check the broken mod lists, delete obsolete mods, etc. I opened up my game yesterday and got a notification that MCCC detected a LE. I usually go to the Deaderpool server to post my files there, but for some reason, my MCCC folder completely stopped generating the LE html files, and so did my better exceptions mod. I updated all of my mods and deleted old/broken ones, so I couldn't figure out what could be the issue. I tried repairing my game and completely refreshing my TS4 folder. I ran the game with only MCCC and I still got a last exception file. I even ran without any mods at all, and I still got that same last exception file. When I asked for help and sent someone the lastexception.txt file, they said "seems like the name of something - not clear what - isn't displaying the way it should" so I'm not really sure what I could be. I wanted to just play the game and ignore it, but since my MCCC isn't uploading any html files, I'm afraid something will happen in the future?There's clearly something wrong with my game, and it's messing up everything in the process, including my mods, but I can't figure it out. I wanted to email EA but I feel like a boomer navigating their help section; it's like there's no way to contact them directly! Can anyone help me figure out what the issue is? I'm attaching the last exception.txt file to this to see if anyone will have a clue.

@5501atheena If you have custom careers, then remove them, it's possible that Sims in that career break. I would try find them and then see if you can give them another career or remove them from the game. There might be issue loading them though

@5501atheena The lastexception didn't attach to your post. Please either delete the first line of the .txt file, or create a .rar instead, or copy and paste the text into a post here and use a spoiler tag.

@5501atheena Are you using custom careers ? Seems there are some Sims that don't have a proper career level (Ritu and Rachel).

Hey, I do have custom careers, but that LE file was from me running the game without any mods at all and a full TS4 folder refresh. Also, those sims aren't sims I use at all so I'm not even sure who they are. If I just find those sims and make them quit or something would that possibly fix my issue? Lol
I'd also like to note that my game loads in and runs fine, but whatever this LE is, MCCC isn't able to generate a HTML file for it.

That's what I meant. The last exception file still popped up WITHOUT any mods at all, that includes my custom careers and literally everything, including MCCC. Would that issue still persist??

Hey, so I sifted through all of the households in the world and found those sims. They were random townies so I just deleted them and that seems to have fixed it! Also, I misspoke earlier, unless having a couple career overhaul mods count as "custom careers"? Either way, thank you for your help. Gonna mark your response as the solution. @5501atheena I'm not exactly sure which career mods cause which issues but if your Sim has a career that no longer exists and it's not properly removed by the game, it could lead to issues. It could also be career overhaul mods.

Hello, I am having the same problem except im not sure what a custom career is.
It started when I loaded a household in Oasis Springs and moved a pet via MCCC and then went into build mode and back to live. Now i get the LE without moving any sims. I also removed all mods and still get the LE file. I rolled back saves through a computer restore in the Documents folder because the rollback feature in-game was not enough saves. I have the LE attached here. The discord tried helping me. The biggest kicker is that my LE says i own the For Rent pack which I do not. The Discord told me to reach out to EA but there isnt an email option without picking a standard issue which this does not fit. Thanks for all the help or im about to lose 4K hours of play time.

A last exception file has many possible causes, including game errors. For example, I used to have one a *lot* because I had cheated university using a game cheat, not a mod. What does your last exception file say about your error? Please try quoting it or attaching it again - it didn't attach.
