If anyone is still getting this error and would like help, I have a mod called Degree Tracker Fix on nexusmods. I cannot update it though because I no longer get this last exception. If you would like to join my Discord server that is linked in the description and upload your saves, I can attempt to fix your problem. LE text might help as well.
