Last Exception Help

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time I load into a household
What is your current game version number? 1.95.207.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EP,GP minus Starwars and SP minus moschino, first pets, fitness, luxury party, and only have the bathroom clutter, everyday clutter, blooming rooms, and desert luxe kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 
What happens when the bug occurs? I receive a big last exception report saying; [manus] drama_schedule_service failed to handle on_all_households_and_sim_infos_loaded due to exception (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'display_icon'), CategoryID: holiday_service:302 ; causes the game to lag and sometimes crash
What do you expect to see? no error report
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Originally I did, but I then removed them and repaired the game but it still exists
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No idea, it's an on and off type deal, think it might have to deal with werewolves pack
