In your LastException.txt file it mentions , NisaK, Basemental Drugs, and LittleMsSam.
I'm not very capable at reading the information behind the names of these mods unless I see something I'm familiar with. You also have a lot of "Tunable Reference" in there usually meaning you have Custom traits that could be an issue.
Currently I have an issue where I can't click my sim or other sims unless I shift-click. My sim's will still do other things on their own or if I tell them to. Usually this kind of problem happens after a random Sims 4 update. I have my default Sims 4 folder attached to my OneDrive, after an update somehow all these mods that I have deleted prior in order to make my game work after a big update were there again and a bunch of duplicates. I assume something copied over from my regular non-OneDrive Sims 4 folder. I have been troubleshooting my issues myself and found that I still had a lot of custom traits which is currently an issue and I deleted them. I have to restart my game and wait forever for it to load and see if anything has been fixed or if I get another LastException.html report to post in the DeaderPool discord for someone who knows how to read these things to read and then tell me what to do. I had inappropriate things besides in my game file and was told what these files were and to remove them and come back with the new error which makes me feel confident that they can help as I couldn't find anything in any of my files that mentioned these things which have been in my mods folder for probably 5 years. You could always do that, but I'll try to help you with what I know
Get a program called Everything, it searches your entire computer and has advanced search so you can look in specific places and folders. (I'll submit a screenshot if possible of the interface) it is super easy to use and you just type in "" and find the .package and .ts4script file in the result section, go to the website for , NisaK, and Basemental Drugs in total and repeat what I'm saying for you to do on each mod. Go to the website and download the .zip for the most recent updated version and open the zip file. Go to Everything where it shows the .package and .ts4 file and highlight them and delete them, then extract the zip file into your mods folder. Do that for each mod.
This is an important thing to do when updating mods and when I look at your .txt file I see so many instances of these mods which could mean you don't delete the old files when you update the new ones which can corrupt the mod as well as create duplicates. Even if you do delete the old ones just re-do the method because these mods are giving you errors, I don't think they are the problem, the problem with these mods could either be that they are outdated or duplicated or old version with new version. The one thing that is breaking everyones sims 4 game is "LittleMsSam" mods. Delete everything from that creator as they do not update their mods for now. That could be your problem with your game
Use Everything and use Advanced Search and set the folder to be searched as your mods folder and in the first option to type text type "Trait" and anything that is a Custom Trait you may not need to delete but create a new folder somewhere else and put these files in them. It would be up to you on which you'd rather do, launch the game after updating these mods and deleting the bad one to see if it is fixed and if it is not to close the game and then remove the traits and see if the game works after, or just remove the traits in the same process you go through with updating.
If you can't fix this problem with what I am saying, then you can always go to Deaderpool discord (get the MC command center mod as it generates logs and reports that help you find game issues and makes you apart of this discord) if you don't have MC Command Center and don't have a mc_LastException.html file then get the mod and launch the game enter a household and see if the notification window in the game pops up orange telling you about the .html file and make sure to make a folder in your mods folder for MC Command Center to extract all the files from the zip containting the mod into that folder, when you obtain a mc_lastexception.html file it will contain all information about why your game isn't working and you can drag and drop it into the discord and someone will be able to help you better than I can and better than anyone who is on this forum.
Don't listen to people saying to take your sims 4 folder out or to rename it and then launch the game to see if everything is fixed, if you do that you generate a brand new game folder with no problems and everything would be working. If you think that there is something wrong with the games default files or a faulty update or anything non-mod related or sims 4 folder related you can launch the game and disable custom content and script files and re-launch it to get the same result without having to generate a new folder with no errors. The 50/50 method is also a waste of time because custom content doesn't break the game, if custom content was breaking the game it would be some ancient corrupt .package file that Mod Conflict Detector would label as red and any file that reports errors would list the broken custom content. When custom content breaks, putting broken custom content on your sim in CAS will be glitched out which is what broken custom content does to your game, it doesn't make any gameplay issues, when you have broken custom content furnature, you will try to place it and then it will disappear and not let you because that is what broken custom content does to your game, nothing else, 50/50 method takes out custom content more than anything else what you want to do is find all ts4.script files and update them, if the date on the mod website is the same as the last time you updated it, google search the mod name and see if it has yet to have been updated because if it hasn't recieved one yet you need to remove it until an update comes up.
The mods you have that I listed other than LittleMsSam are very big mods and when they break they usually cause gameplay issues and need to be removed or updated and the creators of these mods start working on updates as soon as they possibly can and when it comes to how fast these updates show up, it is sometimes overnight. I have had an update and the mod page was with outdated mods, stayed up all night and came back and the mod was updated.
The things that break your game are usually .ts4script files that are big mods and if not that, there is usually another mod that has been outdated for a long time like LittleMsSam's mods that currently don't have any compatibility with the game at the moment.
Hey @Peachess143 thanks for taking the time to post but as this thread is half a decade old then we will need to close it.
