Is this one of the notifications from the MCCC mod? When I used that mod I got these all the time. They are nothing to worry about, you can just close them and keep playing and you should be fine!

sadly, my sims suddenly freeze and dont move from the spot, and wont do any actions. so it makes my game unplayable.
