Latest update conflicts with cc

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Newest update with CAS cc on sims.
What happens when the bug occurs? All cc cas items removed, have to remake sims again.
What do you expect to see? My cc not removed, my sims not bald and naked.

Please describe the patch or change you made. latest patch/update. Some people have had their whole families removed. Conflicts with cc.
Just bald sims, aint it.
@stormeiiiii Hello! Just to clarify, when you opened the game after the update and enabled CC again, did you exit the game right away? Or did you load a save and notice the items were missing? Whenever an update disables mods and CC, you have to exit the game and relaunch it for the mods and CC to be available again. If you load a save before exiting the game and then save it before exiting, then your sims will be saved without their CC. If that's what happened, you could try reverting to an earlier save when your sims had all their CC items. Actually, the last save point prior to the update will likely have all your sims in tact.
To recover a save, click on the Load button and click the save you want. Then click the Recover Save icon and choose a save point from the list that pops up.
