guys i dont know what happened but whenever i try to open sims and press resume it just keeps loading forever and ever and i want to know how to fix it plz help me because its letting me load new games but not letting ne into my orignal one plz help i dont know if its because of my cc so i removed a bunch of scripted mods but nothing is working plz help </3
There is a high probability that this behavior is related to an outdated or broken mod.
As always make a backup of your game data before you start tweaking your game to have a fallback option if you don't like the result.
Try the following, to see whether your game works without mods:
Your game will probably work flawless without mods. If that's the case you have to go through your mods and find the culprit. The 50/50 search might be a good method for this task to get a result in a reasonable time.
Attention:
All modded content will disappear from the game if you remove it, so if sims are wearing CC it will vanish while you're testing.
Because of this it's really important that you do not save the game while testing.
That way your CC will still be there when you bring your mods back into your game.
