Ley line for spellcasters
We have ley line for increased chance for twins and vampires being born. I really wish we could have one for spellcasters too. Does anyone use a mod for this or know about a good one?

Great mod. Unfortunately it combines all the occults. I would love random spellcasters being born, but don't want vampire babies. Does anyone know of a mod like this with only spellcasters?- This one mentions spellcasters.
