Life Insurance mod?

i have nickyclems life insurance mod, but its not working for me,
i never get the phone call after i apply.
i have tried all the usual things, i.e having only that im my folder etc.
and i cant find anyway to contact, do they have a discord? i cant find it.

does anyone know of another life insurance mod i can try?
