Lighting Mod files

What kind of lighting mods do you mean? Something like this:

Out of the dark
No Glo
No Blu

or more complex like Reshade?

Mods stated here provide slight fixes to the lighting to make the game more pleasant looking (less darkness, less blue shadows etc.) -
