Some small mods that I like for realism sake are Go Home You're Hangry (changes low hunger moodlet from uncomfortable to angry), Dazed Low Energy (changes tired moodlet from uncomfortable to dazed), and Low Fun Is Boring (changes low fun moodlet from tense to bored).
