List the mod(s) that are nonfunctional.

I recently began using mods, and I randomly get error messages about a mod suddenly being disabled, broken, or otherwise unable to load for play. I'm prepared for that, as there are ample warnings in place to make players aware of such potential issues. However, which ones are nonfunctional remain a mystery, and when you have beaucoup mods, it becomes exceedingly daunting to figure out which ones got cut. Having an in-game list (like the one that shows you which mods are active at the beginning of gameplay) that clearly indicates the rejected mods would cut through the guesswork and time that could otherwise be spent playing S4.

Thanks for all the effort y'all already put into the game!

  • HodskiVIP Please see the pinned topic Previously Broken mods and CC and the current pinned list of Broken and Updated Mods and CC. I've been doing the tracking you want for the last decade, and you can follow the Broken/Updated thread for notifications. What you're looking for can't be done in-game without EA taking on more responsibility for mod function than it can, plus it would have to be missing mods that break its rules (those are also not listed by me, because I use an EA site to get info to you), plus it requires manual input of what's not working. The closest you can get to having a tool like this in-game is to use TwistedMexi's Better Exceptions mod and to use his Discord service when you get reports from it.
