I can't tell from your post if your issue is that none of the download links are working or if you are having trouble with using the Mod in your game. I did try the download links and was able to download from all three sites. You only need to download one copy of the mod from whichever of the download sites you prefer.

Thank you for the link! I was just now able to download it! Turns out it wasnt working because at the time of me trying to download it it was out of date hence why it wouldn't working but MsSam seems to have updated it.
Its works now and I can FINALLY play with dogs again.
