Loading Error Code 110:156b0d68:79775967 with one family, no mods

Question

Computer: MacBook Air M2 2022 with OS MontereySims 4 + Knitting pack + Cottage Living + Cats and DogsNo mods or CCThe error only occurs when I try to load one specific family. Before the problem started, I had shut down my save because it was very laggy. When I started it back up it crashed and showed me the following error message.&nbsp;I have tried closing down and restarting the game, repairing my files and that didn't work.I also closed the game and repaired the files a second time, then loaded another family first then went back to the one I want to play: that also did not work.I would be grateful for any help!&nbsp;

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I only repaired the files while the game was closed.

I have never used another family in that one save. So I don't understand what the suggestion is. If it is; 1. load a different save with a different family 2. play and save as normal 3. switch back to main Menu 4. Reload problematic save, I have tried and it did not work.

I don't know how else I can load another lot in the problematic save without loading it first? Am I misunderstanding something?

You should NEVER repair the game whilst it is open, always have it closed.

I've moved your thread over to the Games & Mods forum for better troubleshooting, I don't believe currently it is a Mac tech issue. Hopefully someone here with more advanced gameplay knowledge will be able to help you 🙂

Alright, I am getting this error message when loading into my game. I use the better exceptions thing to find out the broken mods and everything and I've deleted all the bad/broken ones. This has to do with my pizza delivery. 😒 I didn't even order pizza, I ordered groceries. 😑&nbsp; I'm frustrated.&nbsp;
