After checking it was the mods 15persimclub, tmex-allscenarios, tmex-searchableposeplayer.package, twistedmex-betterbuildbuy, twistedmex- TOOL, UI_cheats_extension, thepancake1-moretraitsincas. After deleting all this mods due to all of them already being at its last update so i couldnt update them my register worked! Also this files were in folders most of them just so you guys dont just delete one file and leave the rest!
