Locating favorited lots/households in the Gallery

I did a factory reset of my computer a few days ago. Everything on here can be reinstalled via the internet (Origin and Steam, etc.). I have no CD-ROM. In my haste, I forgot to back up my Sims 4 tray and saves files 😢 Luckily my Gallery is still intact, but my library isn't. Is there a way to search the entire Gallery for anything I favorited? I tried but it was pulling up stuff I didn't recognize.
