Looking for a mod to reduce headline effects (eco lifestyle?)

Hi,

I remember seeing the mod which reduces/removes some headline effects but can't find it now. I want to get rid of sertain effects which are maybe from ecolifestyle & naps? Light brownish and contain +++ and maybe light bulbs or something and they are there amost all the time ruining screenshots etc. Does anyone know where to find this mod or similar?
