Lost all lots in New Update
Hi I am playing Sims 4 on a MacBook I have about a couple mods and some Custom Content. With this latest update that just came out, my Sims became homeless and I lost all of the lots in each world. So now I have to go in and replace each lot in each world one by one. They all have caution signs on them and when the Sims travel there, the whole building is gone!
What can I do because these are some of the premade lots that are gone?
- @th3myst3ryladi3 Sounds like a mod issue. (The caution signs are a good indication).
If you take out or rename your mods folder and delete localthumbcache, does this still happen? (provided you didn't save with the buildings gone, if you have, recover a version from before the update to check)
After each update, make sure you check and update all your mods if necessary, unlike the game, mods need to be updated manually by looking for the newest version (assuming the creator already made one).
