Lot reverts to how it was in the previous save

Playing with custom content? Yes Playing with a household? Yes I was building and made progress on my lot then I pressed save then save and exit. Afterwards, I repaired the game. I went to play and...

@HttpFamiliarMoon Do you have Mods/CC? If so, did you try moving the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then please see if the issue is gone, in a new game save.
