Lot will not load when traveling - Says incomplete

    It turned out to be some unnecessary ts4script files from LittleMissSam's mods. I was updating the mods themselves but forgot to delete the defunct script files.

I had this earlier. What worked for me was to load a household that wasn't living there, visit the affected household and, during the visit, switch to the affected household (by selecting the door of the sim being visited). 

In my case, I believe the problem might have been caused by cheating to edit a university dorm. What kind of building was it that said it was incomplete for you?
