@Mariiv06 Issue resolved. I saved the rooms individually (which didn't show up as modded) and put the house back together on another lot. Lot can be saved in its entirety now without it being flagged as modded.

@Mariiv06 Did you use any photos or paintings done by ref in the house ? Those flag the house.

@crinrict No I did not. As I mentioned in the post, I wanted to attempt to do each room with 1 random pack furniture only + some basegame objects to make the build more functional, like if the randomly generated pack did not have a door or a needed object.
