Lots not playable - snowy escapes
I am having trouble accessing lots in SIMS 4. For example in snowy escapes the ski slope is greyed out. I contacted EA and they suggested i uninstall and reinstall the game. I did that and it worked ...

Do you mean the interactions are greyed out ? What does it say if you hover over the greyed out interactions ?

If I hover over it it gives me a description of what it is but is grayed out. I have that in other worlds too where if I hover over it I get a description of what that spit is but no option to travel to it.

mods/cc are third party content you can add to your game. If you don't know what it is, you probably don't have it.
