Lovestruck World Bug

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.112.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansion packs All game packs EXCEPT My wedding stories, Journey to Batuu, Jungle Adventure, and Outdoor Retreat. Stuff packs I have are, Tiny Living, Paranormal, Moschino, My First Pet, Laundry Day, Backyard, Romantic Garden
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? -
What happens when the bug occurs? Happens when I click on the new Lovestruck world
What do you expect to see? I should see the world
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

When I try to use the new Lovestruck world, everything is blank and I can't interact with anything but the gallery. I have closed my game and reopened it 2 times and nothing has changed, all of my other worlds are working fine.

    Edit:  For others seeing this issue, please remove your mods first, starting with any from TwistedMexi and All Worlds are Residential from Zerbu.

    @Ameithystt  Please test in a new save, still with no mods or custom content present, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.

    If that deosn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether you can access the new world.

    I downloaded the game today, all went well. Then I created a SIM and when trying to move her into the new world (Cuidad Enamorada) I just get a blank white screen instead of the world map. I tried moving her into another world which worked and then tried to move her from there but the same thing happened. Just a blank white screen.

    Anybody know what I can do?

    @katieroselamb 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    Update: I did modless and then quarentine tests, and it was TOOL by TMEX.

    i preordered lovestruck, downloaded it earlier and all of the in game content such as CAS, build/buy, cupids corner, ect is all there except the new world. it does not appear when starting a new save, in travel mode, or in manage worlds. what do i do???
